Through my years of experience of treating people with low back pain and sciatica, I undoubtedly believe the majority of suffers with this type of pain can resolve the pain themselves, as long as they know what to do.

This is possible due primarily to two facts:
The vast majority of low back pain & sciatica is widely accepted by the health profession as being non-specific low back pain, where no one single structure can be truly identified as being the source or cause of pain.
Your body’s innate desire to heal itself of any injury it encounters, including low back pain and sciatica.

My talk at The Nutri Centre will elaborate on these two facts and also provide you with some useful tips on how to help resolve your pain. There will also be time afterwards to ask a few questions.
In the meantime, if you wish to read more about my talk at The Nutri Centre or ask any questions in advance of the talk, take a look at my website www.spinal-health-care.com/nutricentre or email me on paulboxcer@spinal-health-care.com

People often ask composer and pianist John B. Levine how he composes his unique Alphamusic. He answers that he “sees light” as he plays, it flows through down through his crown chakra and body, through his hands... the music and the light become one. Alphamusic is neither sheet music nor improvisation, but a 'download'.

In the past Levine has composed music around particular concepts – the seven chakras, for instance, which includes his best sellingSilence of Peace (base chakra). Levine does not attempt to categorise from where or what his music is channelled, it just is, and, so his thousands of listeners report, it works. However the thought one day occurred to him that angelic beings could be one possible source. Inspired by this, and the images he saw staring back at him in the stained glass windows and paintings he came across in the many chapels of his adopted Cambridge, he wondered what would happen if he set the intention to specifically call upon the archangels to channel their vibration through him.

The various response mechanisms of the body dictate whether we get out of bed in the morning, find our way to work or indeed lose our head under pressure; when stress gets on top of us their seems no place to hide from our internal chaos, eating habits can be disturbed, even sleep can be denied us. But stress is a vital part of our survival and has played a crucial role in the human story. In his latest NutriCentre talk, Edward looks at the very source of stress; where positive can turn to negative and how our modern lifestyle can turn a fundamental survival mechanism against us. He will go on to discuss how nutrition can support the stress balance and the role nutrition plays.
